PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION

PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION What are the priorities or rather the history of the preeducaccion mentioned below. 
1 ª. PRIORITY: Building a new culture of early childhoodeducation for all children, emphasizing strategies of "positive discrimination"in favor ofchildren from poor families and vulnerable. A new culture of childhood should begin bythe enforcement of the rights of all children without exception. Accept the need forchange in the objective conditions of life for all children. This change is modifyingconcrete social realities. Therefore, the generalization of a new culture of childhood isclosely linked to changing economic realities in which unfolds the lives of children. Therole of education can not be limited to the transmission of cultural values of a society.Its role should aim to enable the child since birth has every opportunity to develop theirpotential. Today's children and young people and adults coming tomorrow, demand to have or have had to base their instructional scaffolding, with a view early educationfrom the womb and before entering elementary school levels.
